So be prepared to see chicken’s blood which they use as an identification for the visitors to gain entry into the mountains range, it is like a visitors ID pass. Natives believe that their ancestor’s spirits inhabit the place. Thanks for sharing.

Awesome Stairway to Heaven (Haiku Stairs) - Oahu Hawaii

The trek up the Stairway to Heaven, also known as Haiku Stairs, is one of the most well-liked of Oahu's "forbidden" trails in Hawaii. It is currently closed to the public and is illegal to ascend. We are not encouraging anyone to break the law. We simply want to share with you the beauty of Haiku Stairs.
It will take you 2 ½ hours to get to the top and 1 ½ hours down. The 3922 stair/ladder hike takes you from sea level to nearly 3,000 feet and the top of the island of Oahu. There are around 6 platforms you can rest on along the way. Once you reach the first platform you are about 1/3 of the way through! This is the hardest and longest section, the rest is reasonably easy in comparison. It is an astonishing view from the top!

Touching story of a penguin who swims 5,000 miles every year to visit the man who saved him

Joao Pereira de Souza, a retired 71 year old fisherman and bricklayer from an island village of Rio de Janiero Brazil discovered this tiny helpless penguin starving and covered with oil. He took him in and nurse him back to good health again and called the penguin Dindim, dendim is a south American Magellanic penguin.

Joao took couple of weeks to clean the sticky feathers due to black oil residue. When dendin recovers, he released him back to the see and never expecting to return to the island. But how cool is that, the penguin is believed to swim 8000 kilometers to see Mr de Souza again.

Mr de Souza told the Globo TV, I love dendim like it’s my own child and I believe the penguin loves me. Now, dindim spends eight months with Mr de Souza and spends the rest of his time breeding off the coast of Argentina and Chile.

Mr de Souza said he fed Dindim a daily diet of fish to develop his vigour then took him back to the sea to let him go.

'He appears in June and leaves to go home in February and every year he becomes more loving as he appears even cheerier to see me.'

Biologist Joao Paulo Krajewski, who interviewed Mr de Souza said 'I have never seen anything like this before. I believe the penguin thinks Joao is part of his family and perhaps a penguin as well.

Breath-taking London view in 1920’s and 2016

In the 1920s, cinematographer Claude Friese-Greene journeyed across London with his new colour film camera. He collected breath-taking video clips of London and these were recently rejuvenated and reconditioned by the BFI, and shared across social media and video websites.

The cinematographer at present day said, since February I have endeavoured to capture every one of his shots, standing in his footsteps, and using modern equivalents of his camera and lenses. This has been a personal study that has revealed how little London has changed.

Credit to ...

Also, the BFI manage the rights to the restored versions of Claude Friese-Greene's "The Open Road", of which the London shots are a segment.

The hardest climb in the world.

Watch these two climbers, Tommy Caldwell and Kevin Jorgeson scaled the known Dawn Wall on El Capitan peak in California Yosemite national park. People are watching them from the park and online via a live feed. It is very thrilling and inspirational according to some watcher. It is really incredible to observe the lads do one of the greatest feats in climbing history. The pair made the 3000 ft ascent in what has been known as the Walls’s free climb, using only natural rock holds for hands and feet. They ate and slept in hanging tents suspended from the stone. Watch the full clips below.
