During dry season, animals in African safari eat a lot of very alcoholic fruit from a certain tree, making them drunk.
The video above shows a scene of baboons, elephants, giraffes, warthogs and other animals eating rotten, fermented fruit of the Marula tree, becoming intoxicated, and stagger around for comic effect.
This hilarious footage is taken from 1974 film “Animals Are Beautiful People,” but later research showed that these scenes, at least in large animals were improbable and, in all probability, staged according to Wikipedia).
