Check out the amazing and dramatic footage of waterspouts off the coast of Terrigal, Australia. The amazing natural phenomenon was recorded back in May 2011.
On the clip, a series of powerful waterspouts was seen blasting the water surface near the coastline. Australia’s Channel 7 claimed the spouts reached the heights of up to 600 metres, but dissipated as they neared land.
The natural wonders came as strong winds and heavy rain also lashed other parts of the state, causing flash flooding and traffic chaos in Sydney.
